Salesforce Technical Lead – Contract

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee Salesforce development teams across various projects and initiatives.

• Offer technical direction, architectural guidance, and oversee code reviews.

• Promote best practices in Salesforce development, deployment, and governance.

• Mentor and guide junior and mid-level developers.

• Collaborate with Solution Architects and business stakeholders to establish scalable technical solutions.

• Design, develop, and implement comprehensive Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce Flow, Visualforce, SOQL/SOSL, and REST/SOAP APIs.

• Evaluate existing Salesforce organizations and pinpoint opportunities for optimization and refactoring.

• Lead integration efforts between Salesforce and third-party enterprise applications.

• Support lead-to-cash, quote-to-order, case management, and customer support processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 8 years of experience in Salesforce Development.

• At least 2 years in a Salesforce Technical Lead position.

• Extensive hands-on experience with Apex Development, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce Flow, Visualforce, SOQL/SOSL, Salesforce APIs, and Integrations.

• In-depth knowledge of Salesforce governor limits, security and sharing models, order of execution, and enterprise design patterns.

• Proven capability to lead development teams and mentor engineers.

• Strong communication skills with stakeholders and client-facing experience.

• Familiarity with Salesforce deployment and CI/CD tools.
