This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Organize, host, and execute a regular series of technical webinars and demonstrations that highlight Flosum solutions and best practices within Salesforce.
• Foster webinar registrations, increase attendance, and enhance the sales pipeline.
• Position Flosum as a key player in Salesforce DevOps, backup, and data management through demonstrations, presentations, blog articles, videos, and social media content.
• Quickly familiarize yourself with each Salesforce release and new Flosum product features, develop a perspective, and convey it to both technical and executive audiences.
• Cultivate and energize Flosum's user community through initiatives like office hours, AMAs, certification assistance, developer content, and customer advocacy.
• Link webinars, newsletters, and community initiatives by promoting events and enhancing newsletter engagement.
• Serve as a representative of Flosum within the Salesforce ecosystem, including user groups, Dreamin' events, Dreamforce, the Trailblazer Community, LinkedIn, and partner networks.
• Work collaboratively with product, marketing, sales, and customer success teams to highlight customer stories, refine messaging, and convert community involvement into tangible business results.
• 3–7+ years of practical Salesforce experience as an administrator, developer, architect, or consultant, demonstrating genuine technical depth.
• Capability to demonstrate, construct, and engage technically with Salesforce architects.
• Salesforce certifications, such as Platform App Builder, Administrator, Developer, or Architect track.
• An active Trailhead profile is advantageous.
• Established experience in public technical communication through webinars, conference presentations, podcasts, video content, or a widely followed technical blog/social media presence.
• Strong marketing instincts, encompassing audience understanding, messaging, and distribution, with measurable achievements in registrations, engagement, or pipeline growth.
• Profound knowledge of Salesforce release cycles, DevOps/CI-CD principles, data management, and the Salesforce community landscape.
• Self-motivated ability to initiate programs from scratch and maintain consistent operations.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
