This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
β’ Take charge of the entire technical architecture β transforming requirements into solid, well-engineered solution designs.
β’ Lead the analysis of technical and integration requirements; evaluate the current-state architecture and establish target integration patterns across a complex enterprise environment.
β’ Offer hands-on technical setup, configuration, and workflow automation guidance to developers and consultants.
β’ Act as the primary technical liaison for the customer regarding architectural issues.
β’ Provide technical governance β establish and maintain standards, review technical artifacts, and assess change requests and deviations from specifications.
β’ Conduct sprint reviews and deliver architectural insights and technical oversight throughout the delivery process.
β’ Manage and update architecture documentation.
β’ Ensure that solutions adhere to Salesforce Well-Architected principles along with security, data, and performance standards.
β’ A strong understanding of the Salesforce platform and its architecture.
β’ Experience with Energy & Utilities Cloud / Salesforce Industries.
β’ Demonstrated experience in designing and governing intricate, integration-heavy Salesforce solutions within a large enterprise setting.
β’ Extensive hands-on knowledge of integration patterns and methodologies (APIs, events, middleware) between Salesforce and external systems.
β’ Experience acquired from a variety of projects (preferably involving 100+ users).
β’ One or more Salesforce 'Architect'-level certifications (e.g., Application Architect / System Architect).
β’ The capability to tackle complex problems and effectively summarize and communicate findings β possessing both a big-picture perspective and attention to detail.
β’ Proficient in conveying technical issues in straightforward language to both technical and non-technical audiences.
β’ A skilled communicator with strong written, verbal, and presentation abilities, coupled with a friendly, customer-centered approach.
β’ Familiarity with agile methodologies, particularly Scrum, and associated tools such as Jira.
β’ Ability to collaborate effectively in a team with a diverse range of interests and backgrounds.
