Salesforce Technical Architect

📋 Description

• Design scalable and efficient Salesforce solutions tailored to fulfill specific business needs.

• Develop and oversee the architectural strategy for Salesforce applications, ensuring they align with organizational objectives.

• Collaborate closely with stakeholders, including business leaders and technical teams, to gather requirements and convert them into technical specifications.

• Lead the development and execution of Salesforce projects, guiding technical teams to ensure successful implementation.

• Create and maintain technical designs, architecture documentation, and system integration plans.

• Conduct code reviews and offer technical guidance to ensure adherence to best practices while maintaining data integrity and security within the Salesforce platform.

• Stay informed about the latest Salesforce features and industry trends, continuously refining solutions to meet evolving business needs.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is generally required.

• Over 10 years of experience in software engineering; at least 5 years in a Technical Architect role focusing on Salesforce.

• Salesforce Certified System Architect and Platform Developer II certifications are mandatory.

• Expertise in FedRAMP/NIST 800-53 is essential.

• Experience architecting CI/CD pipelines, implementing PIV/CAC identity management,

• Engineering LDV strategies for millions of records, and constructing RAG pipelines for Agentforce.

• Strong knowledge of Salesforce best practices, design patterns, and integration tools.

• Exceptional communication, presentation, and problem-solving abilities, with a proven track record of collaborating effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
