Salesforce Support Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Provide daily Salesforce support and address user inquiries and issues

• Conduct data uploads, updates, and extractions utilizing Salesforce Data Loader

• Employ Salesforce Inspector for data analysis, troubleshooting, and swift resolutions

• Generate data load input sheets by consolidating and transforming information from various sources

• Manage and analyze data using Excel, including advanced functions, data validation, and reporting

• Ensure data accuracy and preparedness prior to bulk uploads into Salesforce

• Assist with incident, problem, and change management processes adhering to the ITIL framework

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address system and data-related challenges

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–7 years of experience

• Practical experience with Salesforce data handling tools

• Strong proficiency in Excel

• Familiarity with the Salesforce data model and basic administration

• Knowledge of ITIL processes including Incident, Change, and Problem Management

• Excellent analytical and troubleshooting capabilities

• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
