This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
• Leadership in Practice: Direct the Revenue Cloud/Billing & AI Sales within the Solutions Engineering division. Your role will involve developing strategies, mentoring team members, and setting up top-tier pre-sales procedures.
• Market Strategy Implementation: Propel go-to-market initiatives by positioning the firm as a leading partner for contemporary Salesforce Revenue Cloud Advanced/Billing, Sales Cloud, and Agentforce autonomous AI implementations.
• Excellence in Pre-Sales: Facilitate in-depth pre-sales discovery sessions, gather intricate billing and monetization requirements, and present engaging, value-focused demonstrations that highlight modern Revenue Cloud functionalities, including Salesforce CPQ, Subscription Management, and multi-attribute pricing engines.
• AI and Sales Transformation: Design and present comprehensive deal cycles that go beyond the core CPQ, integrating Sales Cloud and Agentforce Sales/SDR agents to illustrate how autonomous AI can enhance pipeline generation, lead qualification, and streamline the entire quoting process.
• Scoping and SOWs: Create and present highly technical proposals, solution architectures, and Statements of Work (SOWs), ensuring precise scoping and market competitiveness.
• Cross-Functional Liaison: Serve as the technical connection between sales, delivery, and product teams—optimizing customer sales responses, product enhancements, and solution designs.
• Innovation in Products: Contribute to product innovation by offering real-world field insights to Salesforce product managers regarding Revenue Cloud features, Sales Cloud upgrades, and Agentforce operations.
• Commitment to Continuous Learning: Keep abreast of the latest Salesforce ecosystem innovations, product launches, and next-generation autonomous AI capabilities to drive inventive solutions for our clients.
• Over 5 years of experience in selling, designing, or implementing modern Quote-to-Cash or billing solutions, with a focus on Salesforce Revenue Cloud (CPQ & Subscription Management) or similar enterprise platforms (e.g., Conga, Oracle CPQ, Zuora).
• At least 2 years of Pre-Sales / Solutions Engineering experience, including leading discovery sessions, crafting complex architecture blueprints, and addressing technical RFPs/RFIs.
• Comprehensive Knowledge of Salesforce Core: Demonstrated expertise in Sales Cloud (Pipeline Management, Forecasting) and the foundational architecture of the Salesforce platform.
• Familiarity with AI & Automation: Experience or strong familiarity with Agentforce (or Salesforce Einstein 1 Platform), including the configuration of prompt templates, actions, and autonomous guidelines for SDR/Sales use cases is highly desirable.
• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related technical/business discipline (or equivalent practical experience).
