This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Leadership in Practice: Oversee Revenue Cloud/Billing & AI Sales within the Solutions Engineering sector. Your role will involve creating strategies, mentoring team members, and implementing top-tier pre-sales processes.
• Market Strategy Implementation: Propel go-to-market initiatives by establishing the firm as a leading partner for advanced Salesforce Revenue Cloud Billing, Sales Cloud, and Agentforce autonomous AI deployments.
• Excellence in Pre-Sales: Facilitate in-depth pre-sales discovery sessions, collect complex billing and monetization requirements, and present persuasive, value-oriented demonstrations that highlight contemporary Revenue Cloud functionalities (including Salesforce CPQ, Subscription Management, and multi-attribute pricing engines).
• Transformation through AI & Sales: Design and illustrate comprehensive deal cycles that extend beyond core CPQ, integrating Sales Cloud and Agentforce Sales/SDR agents to demonstrate how autonomous AI can enhance pipeline generation, qualify leads, and optimize the entire quoting process.
• Scoping & Statement of Work Creation: Craft and present highly technical proposals, solution architectures, and Statements of Work (SOWs), ensuring precision in scoping and market relevance.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as the technical bridge between sales, delivery, and product teams—enhancing customer sales responses, product enhancements, and solution designs.
• Product Development Support: Contribute to product innovation by offering real-world insights to Salesforce product managers regarding Revenue Cloud features, improvements to Sales Cloud, and Agentforce behavior.
• Commitment to Continuous Learning: Remain at the forefront of innovations in the Salesforce ecosystem, product releases, and next-generation autonomous AI capabilities to develop inventive solutions for our clients.
• Experience: 5+ years in selling, architecting, or implementing modern Quote-to-Cash or billing solutions, particularly with Salesforce Revenue Cloud (CPQ & Subscription Management) or similar enterprise platforms (e.g., Conga, Oracle CPQ, Zuora).
• Pre-Sales / Solutions Engineering Background: 2+ years of experience, including leading discovery sessions, designing intricate architecture blueprints, and addressing technical RFPs/RFIs.
• In-Depth Knowledge of Salesforce Core: Demonstrated expertise in Sales Cloud (Pipeline Management, Forecasting) and the foundational architecture of the Core Salesforce platform.
• Familiarity with AI & Automation: Experience or deep understanding of Agentforce (or Salesforce Einstein 1 Platform), including the configuration of prompt templates, actions, and autonomous guidelines for SDR/Sales use cases is highly desirable.
• Educational Background: BS in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related technical/business discipline (or equivalent practical experience).
