Salesforce Solution Consultant, Business Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Convert customer business requirements into scalable, best-practice Salesforce solutions.

• Facilitate customer discovery sessions and gather requirements.

• Recognize business challenges, process gaps, and requirement specifications.

• Design and configure Salesforce solutions that comply with SPSM and the Well-Architected framework.

• Create Technical Design Documents, solution blueprints, and configuration specifications.

• Collaborate with Technical Architects, QA Consultants, Change Management leads, Engagement Delivery Managers, and other stakeholders.

• Act as a functional subject matter expert on Salesforce clouds including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Data Cloud, and Agentforce.

• Assist with UAT planning and execution, defect triage, and resolution.

• Contribute to go-live readiness, data migration validation, training support, and hypercare coverage.

• Engage in knowledge-sharing, internal enablement, and onboarding initiatives.

• Maintain utilization targets in line with AMERS delivery standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least three (3) years of experience in a functional consulting, solution consulting, or business analysis role within a Professional Services or delivery setting.

• US Citizenship with the capability to obtain a clearance.

• Practical experience in Salesforce configuration.

• Relevant Salesforce certifications are highly preferred, including Salesforce Administrator, Platform App Builder, or cloud-specific credentials.

• Understanding of the complete services engagement lifecycle from discovery and design through build, UAT, and go-live.

• Strong facilitation skills for leading workshops and communicating with both business and technical stakeholders.

• Ability to document and convey solution designs via TDDs, process flows, and configuration guides.

• Comfortable working within matrixed, cross-functional delivery teams.

• Industry experience in Public Sector, Financial Services, Healthcare, or Manufacturing is an advantage.

• Experience with Agentforce is a plus.

• Travel may be required up to 10%.

• Ability to obtain Public Trust clearance.
