This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +8 more states.
• Collaborate with our clients to identify their needs, propose, and deliver solutions tailored to their Sales processes.
• Support architectural designs and take charge of configuring top-tier implementations of Sales Cloud.
• Utilize Salesforce Solutions by employing point-and-click tools available on the platform, such as Process Builder and Visual Flows.
• Comprehend and utilize the Salesforce Platform to deliver scalable solutions.
• Team up with our Artificial Intelligence group to develop innovative Salesforce solutions for our clients.
• Guide and mentor junior team members on best practices for project delivery.
• Engage directly with Salesforce to develop new solution perspectives.
• Assist our Pre-Sales team with industry insights, demonstrations, and deal execution.
• Create thought leadership content that enhances the NeuraFlash brand within the Sales Transformations sector.
• Rapidly acquire new technical knowledge and stay updated on the latest Salesforce features and major releases.
• Over 5 years of project experience in a hands-on role.
• More than 10 implementations of Salesforce Sales Cloud.
• At least 5 years of experience with Salesforce in either a development or configuration role.
• Familiarity with Sales, Sales Operations, Product, and Business Operations, including experience addressing complex use cases by utilizing the full capabilities of the Salesforce Platform.
• Knowledge of Release Management, Application Lifecycle Management, Development Lifecycle, and Deployment Best Practices and Governance.
• Client-facing experience in areas such as Pre-Sales Activities, Project Management/Ownership, Discovery and Design, and presenting Solution Options to Customers, as well as Enterprise Application Architecture.
• Strong understanding of the Salesforce Platform and its architecture.
