Salesforce Solution Architect, Financial Services Cloud

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee solution discovery and technical design across various Salesforce clouds and implementations.

• Convert intricate business requirements into scalable and maintainable Salesforce solutions.

• Lead discovery efforts, conduct design sessions, and ensure stakeholder alignment to successfully complete projects.

• Execute fixed-scope or rapid implementation projects.

• Collaborate as part of a project team with both internal and external clients.

• Provide mentorship to internal team members and contribute to the establishment of technical standards and best practices.

• Exhibit a genuine enthusiasm for Salesforce solutions and promote team collaboration.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.

• Salesforce Certified Platform Administrator certification.

• Proficient in running discovery sessions, documenting requirements, and translating them into scalable configurations.

• Experience in delivering fixed-scope or rapid implementation projects utilizing Salesforce best practices.

• Hands-on experience with Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud, with a strong focus on Sales, Financial Services, and Experience Clouds.

• Experience in Digital Lending/Origination is a significant advantage.

• Familiarity with Agentforce projects is a plus.

• Background in agile delivery models and consulting environments.

• 5 years of demonstrated success in client-facing roles such as a Solution Architect, Technical Lead, or Senior Consultant.

• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, configuration, automation (Flows), and integration best practices.

• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.

• Excellent communication skills with the capability to present technical concepts to business stakeholders.

• Ability to collaborate across disciplines and adapt to new technologies or business processes.

• 5 years of experience in Salesforce solution design and delivery, preferably in a consulting or partner environment.

• Strong knowledge of Salesforce data models, security, and standard automation tools (Flows, validation rules, approvals).

• Experience in supporting data imports, basic integrations, and go-live readiness, including deployment best practices.

• Comfortable managing multiple concurrent projects with tight deadlines.

• Certifications: 2-3 of the following Salesforce Certifications: Salesforce Certified Platform Administrator, Salesforce Certified Platform Administrator II, Salesforce Certified Business Analyst, Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder, Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Certified Financial Services Cloud Consultant.
