Salesforce Solution Architect – Data 360

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Act as the main Data 360 Solution Architect, responsible for designing enterprise-level data models, ingestion pipelines, and activation strategies.

• Lead and provide mentorship to a technical delivery team consisting of two Technical Architects, collaborating closely with the overall TA Lead and Project Manager.

• Offer direct technical guidance, resolve intricate configuration issues, and validate Data Cloud designs.

• Partner with business stakeholders, program leaders, and cross-functional technology teams to ensure alignment with business needs and banking standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive, hands-on expertise with Data 360 and Salesforce Data Cloud, encompassing data ingestion, harmonization, calculated insights, identity resolution, and activation.

• Demonstrated success in a Solution Architect Lead position, effectively guiding technical teams through complex implementations.

• Strong skills in enterprise data architecture.

• Proficiency in API integrations.

• Knowledge of lead management platforms.

• Experience in Financial Services / Banking sectors is strongly preferred.

• Relevant certifications are required for this position.
