This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

• Create and implement scalable and efficient Salesforce architectures and solutions that fulfill business requirements.

• Lead intricate Salesforce implementations and integrations, providing technical direction to development teams.

• Establish and uphold Salesforce development best practices, including coding standards, to ensure high-quality solutions.

• Collaborate closely with business and technical stakeholders to convert requirements into effective Salesforce solutions.

• Monitor and enhance Salesforce platform performance while resolving complex issues.

• Design and manage data modeling, data migration, and data sharing within Salesforce.

• At least 8 years of experience working on the Salesforce platform.

• Strong expertise in Salesforce configurations, Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components.

• Experience with Salesforce integrations, APIs, and third-party integration tools.

• Familiarity with various Salesforce clouds (e.g., Sales Cloud, Service Cloud).

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.

• Salesforce Certified Application Architect or Salesforce Certified System Architect is highly desirable.

• Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) certification is a significant advantage.

• Background in Identity and Access Management (IAM) concepts.

• Knowledge of SailPoint's products and their integration capabilities with Salesforce.

• Experience with Agile and DevOps methodologies.
