Salesforce Solution Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Designs high-performance, reusable, and dependable Salesforce solutions, encompassing data models, integration architecture, and automation logic.

• Recognizes opportunities to enhance business processes through the implementation of Salesforce.

• Collaborates closely with project managers, clients, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure unified project strategies and effective teamwork.

• Evaluates developer outputs, engages in code reviews, and ensures compliance with Salesforce best practices.

• Offers support for both internal and customer-facing Salesforce environments.

• Guides and mentors teams on both technical and functional delivery, promoting best practices and solution implementation.

• Manages full-lifecycle projects from requirements gathering through to solution design, development, testing, and deployment.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience as a Salesforce Solution Architect or in a comparable role.

• Over 6 years of Salesforce development experience; Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II (PD2) and AI Specialist credentials required; proven experience in legacy integration and DevOps leadership.

• Strong proficiency in Salesforce customization and configuration, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Developer Cloud.

• Experience with enterprise-level Salesforce projects utilizing both agile and waterfall methodologies.

• Current Salesforce certifications such as Certified Platform Developer I & II.

• Exceptional communication, leadership, and analytical abilities.

• Knowledge of integration patterns, application architecture, and security best practices.

• Owns the complete release cycle (SFDX, Copado/GitHub Actions), mentors junior developers, and implements Agentforce custom actions using Invocable Apex.

• Relevant educational qualifications, typically a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.
