Salesforce Scrum Master

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies effectively.

• Lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning sessions, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

• Coach the development team and product owners on agile methodologies.

• Remove obstacles and cultivate a collaborative team environment.

• Identify and address technical or functional bottlenecks.

• Collaborate with Product Owners to assist in delivering the backlog.

• Develop and oversee reporting using JIRA.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience with Salesforce is essential.

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification is preferred.

• Strong comprehension of agile methodologies and principles.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proven capability to facilitate meetings and ceremonies.

• Familiarity with agile tools such as Jira, Trello, or similar platforms.

• Ability to adapt and respond to changing circumstances.
