This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Offer architectural recommendations for Salesforce to enhance environment stability.
• Lead integration efforts with ERP systems to separate Salesforce functionalities.
• Oversee and maintain the Salesforce platform, focusing on user account management and security settings.
• Configure Salesforce objects, fields, workflows, and process automation to meet business requirements.
• Deliver ongoing support and training to end-users to promote effective platform adoption.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to collect requirements and convert them into system solutions.
• Conduct system monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance enhancements.
• Apply data management best practices, including deduplication and cleansing efforts.
• Develop and manage reports, dashboards, and analytics to facilitate business decision-making.
• Keep abreast of new Salesforce features and suggest enhancements.
• Assist with system integrations involving third-party applications.
• Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, governance, and security standards.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).
• Preferred: Salesforce Product Owner certification (Salesforce Certified Administrator or Advanced Administrator).
• Minimum of 4 years’ experience in Salesforce administration, configuration, and management.
• Proven experience with complex Salesforce Orgs: 350+ users, customer automation/integrations.
• Practical experience in Salesforce development, including automation and flows.
• Proficient in reports, dashboards, and data management (de-duplication, cleansing, data loader).
• Experience in Salesforce integrations, particularly with ERP and Business Intelligence solutions.
• Strong grasp of Salesforce security models, workflows, process automation, and data structures.
• Familiarity with data migration tools and techniques such as Data Loader and third-party applications.
• Knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components is advantageous.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
• Capable of managing multiple projects and priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Experience in training and supporting end-users in a professional context.
• Preferred experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Field Service, or other specialized Salesforce products.
• Middleware exposure (Boomi, Workato) is a plus.
• B2B experience is beneficial, particularly in medical devices, healthcare services, or field service operations.
• Knowledge of third-party Salesforce applications and integrations (e.g., Marketing Cloud, CPQ, Pardot).
• Extensive understanding of ERP functionalities (e.g., Oracle, SAP, Dynamics, Sage Intacct).
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management frameworks.
