Salesforce Platform Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.

📋 Description

• Assume full responsibility for the architecture, configuration, and continuous optimization of the Salesforce platform.

• Create and implement solutions across various clouds including Data Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Agentforce, Service Cloud, and/or Voice.

• Oversee large-scale CRM implementations, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and designed for scalability.

• Serve as the primary Salesforce liaison for internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

• Facilitate automation, workflow design, and integration architecture across different business units.

• Guarantee data integrity, platform security, and adherence to internal IT and MDM policies.

• Advocate for Salesforce best practices while maintaining current documentation and change management records.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of practical Salesforce experience in enterprise or mid-to-large scale business settings.

• Multi-cloud proficiency in at least 2–3 of the following: Data Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Agentforce, Service Cloud, Voice.

• Salesforce Administrator certification is mandatory; platform-specific certifications are highly advantageous.

• Previous remote work experience is essential, along with proficiency in remote collaboration tools and platforms (such as Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana, or similar), ideally having worked with US or UK-based companies.
