Salesforce Multi-cloud Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, customize, and enhance Salesforce solutions across CRM, Loyalty Management, Service Cloud, Agentforce, and Data Cloud.

• Collaborate with Solution Architects and cross-functional technology teams for technical design and implementation.

• Create and execute detailed test plans, including unit and integration testing.

• Assist in user acceptance testing to ensure compliance with requirements and acceptance criteria.

• Develop scalable, maintainable, and adaptable Salesforce solutions that align with enterprise architecture.

• Diagnose complex technical challenges, conduct root cause analysis, and implement effective solutions.

• Design and execute integrations between Salesforce clouds and external systems.

• Create data models and governance strategies within Salesforce.

• Track, assess, and enhance solution performance and scalability.

• Guide junior Salesforce developers and engineers.

• Encourage best practices in coding, configuration, and continuous integration/delivery.

• Stay updated on Salesforce releases, features, technologies, and best practices.

• Advocate for tools and technologies that enhance business outcomes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.

• Over 3 years of experience in Salesforce development.

• More than 3 years of experience with JavaScript.

• Proven experience in building scalable and maintainable Salesforce Flow solutions.

• Strong proficiency in Apex, Lightning Components, SOQL, and SOSL.

• Experience with Salesforce integrations utilizing REST APIs, Middleware, Platform Events, and other integration tools.

• Advanced knowledge of Salesforce Tooling and Metadata.

• Experience in gathering requirements and converting business needs into technical solutions.

• Proven experience in architecting and implementing complex Salesforce integrations and customizations.

• Strong understanding of CRM principles, data modeling, and software architecture.

• Experience delivering AI, Agentforce, and automation solutions utilizing Salesforce Agentforce, Data Cloud, Prompt Builder, Agent Script, Claude, APIs, and workflow automation tools.

• Salesforce Developer Certification, Platform Developer II, Salesforce Administrator, and other relevant advanced certifications.

• Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.

• Knowledge of CI/CD tools such as GitHub and Salesforce DX.

• Outstanding analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Capability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks efficiently.

• Ability to share knowledge and collaborate effectively within a team.

• Additional Salesforce certifications related to specific clouds are an advantage.

• Experience with Loyalty Management, Salesforce Voice, Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, Agentforce, or Amazon Connect is preferred.
