📋 Description

• We are seeking a strategic and growth-focused Salesforce Market Leader to spearhead the expansion of our Salesforce practice, enhance client engagement, ensure effective delivery oversight, and drive business growth.

• Oversee and develop the Salesforce practice through delivery excellence, capability enhancement, and revenue growth.

• Lead initiatives in business development, client engagement, solution formulation, and presales activities.

• Collaborate with sales and leadership teams on RFPs, proposals, and account growth strategies.

• Offer strategic guidance for Salesforce implementations and transformation initiatives.

• Build and mentor high-performing Salesforce teams across various clouds.

• Enhance Salesforce alliance relationships and advance go-to-market strategies.

⛳️ Requirements

• 12+ years of IT experience with a strong background in Salesforce leadership.

• Proficiency in Salesforce platforms including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Financial Services Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, CPQ, and Data Cloud.

• Demonstrated experience in practice management, consulting, presales, and delivery leadership.

• Excellent client-facing abilities, stakeholder management, and communication skills.

• Salesforce certifications are preferred.
