This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Create and implement scalable Salesforce solutions utilizing Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and Flows.
• Develop bulk-safe Apex code while being mindful of governor limits.
• Construct and sustain components for Salesforce managed packages.
• Engage in pull request evaluations and partake in architectural discussions.
• Operate within Git-based CI/CD pipelines (SFDX, automated deployments, versioned releases).
• Establish and maintain integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Troubleshoot intricate cross-class issues in production environments.
• Contribute to technical documentation and ensure long-term maintainability.
• Collaborate with Product Management, QA, and internal stakeholders to gather business requirements and provide insightful solutions.
• Assist in the upkeep, enhancement, and support of existing Salesforce-based applications and managed packages.
• Facilitate product releases through testing, deployment, and post-release oversight.
• Guarantee solutions align with Salesforce governor limits, data model best practices, as well as security and performance standards.
• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in Salesforce software development best practices (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, Flows, and SOQL).
• Over 3 years’ experience with Salesforce CI/CD tools, processes, and applications.
• At least 3 years of hands-on Apex development in production settings.
• More than 2 years of experience in product development.
• Strong grasp of object-oriented principles (inheritance, virtual/abstract classes, interfaces, encapsulation).
• Familiarity with Git-based workflows and CI/CD (e.g., SFDX, Copado, Gearset, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps).
• Knowledge of Salesforce DX and SFDX CLI.
• Experience in product development of managed packages.
• Proven understanding of various SDLCs and CI/CD concepts and methodologies.
• A passion for establishing and upholding Salesforce best practices and coding standards that enhance code reusability, maintainability, and performance.
• Experience in designing bulk-safe triggers and managing governor limits on a large scale.
• Experience in building or contributing to Salesforce managed packages (ISV experience highly preferred).
• Proficient in navigating and debugging across multiple Apex classes and Lightning components.
• Experience in participating in structured code reviews.
