📋 Description

• Generate daily LinkedIn content — including posts, carousels, polls, and short-form videos — that fosters discussions on Salesforce DevOps, metadata, Agentforce, and release management.

• Create a consistent flow of YouTube videos, livestreams, podcasts, and demo reels that demonstrate Flosum addressing real-world DevOps challenges.

• Present at Dreamforce, TrailblazerDX, World Tours, community user groups, and partner webinars — taking charge as Flosum's technical storyteller.

• Develop hands-on demonstrations and reference architectures that highlight Flosum's native CI/CD, backup, data masking, and Agentforce-ready workflows.

• Interact genuinely with the Trailblazer Community — comment, collaborate, and elevate other voices in Salesforce DevOps.

• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to convert the roadmap into engaging narratives, blogs, and launch campaigns.

• Guide customers and prospects on source-driven development, branching strategies, and DevOps KPIs such as deployment frequency and change failure rate.

• Advocate for the developer's perspective internally — relay community feedback to product teams to influence future developments.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of hands-on Salesforce experience: Apex, LWC, Flow, Metadata API, SOQL.

• Extensive knowledge of Salesforce DevOps — including CI/CD pipelines, Git source control, sandbox management, automated testing, and release orchestration.

• Familiarity with **Agentforce** and the interaction of AI agents with DevOps, governance, and metadata.

• A demonstrated history of establishing a personal brand on LinkedIn — consistently posting and maintaining an engaged audience.

• Comfort and charisma in front of the camera — capable of recording a demo, hosting a livestream, or delivering a keynote at a webinar effortlessly.

• Exceptional written communication skills — ensuring your posts, blogs, and documents are clear, opinionated, and valuable.

• Experience with Flosum, Gearset, Copado, Salto, or other similar DevOps tools.

• Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I/II, Application Architect, or DevOps-specific) are highly preferred.

• Bonus Points

• A history of speaking at Dreamforce, TDX, or significant community events.

• An active YouTube channel, podcast, or blog that focuses on the Salesforce ecosystem.
