This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop daily content for LinkedIn, including posts, carousels, polls, and short-form videos that stimulate discussions surrounding Salesforce DevOps, metadata, Agentforce, and release management.
• Generate a consistent flow of YouTube videos, livestreams, podcasts, and demo reels that illustrate Flosum's capabilities in tackling real-world DevOps challenges.
• Present at Dreamforce, TrailblazerDX, World Tours, community user groups, and partner webinars — taking center stage as Flosum's technical storyteller.
• Create hands-on demonstrations and reference architectures that highlight Flosum's native CI/CD, backup, data masking, and Agentforce-ready workflows.
• Engage genuinely with the Trailblazer Community — comment, collaborate, and elevate other voices in the Salesforce DevOps space.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to convert the roadmap into engaging narratives, blogs, and launch campaigns.
• Guide customers and prospects on source-driven development, branching strategies, and DevOps KPIs such as deployment frequency and change failure rate.
• Act as the voice of developers internally — relay community feedback back to product teams to influence future developments.
• Over 5 years of practical experience with Salesforce: Apex, LWC, Flow, Metadata API, SOQL.
• Extensive knowledge of Salesforce DevOps — including CI/CD pipelines, Git source control, sandbox management, automated testing, and release orchestration.
• Familiarity with **Agentforce** and its intersection with DevOps, governance, and metadata.
• A demonstrated history of establishing a personal brand on LinkedIn — regularly posting and maintaining an engaged audience.
• Comfortable and charismatic on camera — capable of recording a demo, hosting a livestream, or delivering a keynote at a webinar with ease.
• Exceptional written communication skills — your posts, blogs, and documentation are clear, insightful, and beneficial.
• Experience with Flosum, Gearset, Copado, Salto, or comparable DevOps tools.
• Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I/II, Application Architect, or DevOps-specific) are highly preferred.
