Salesforce DevOps Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.

📋 Description

• Create and sustain both automated and manual testing scripts for Salesforce applications (including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, etc.). Perform functional, regression, integration, user acceptance testing, system integration, and smoke testing.

• Work in collaboration with development and operations teams to enhance CI/CD processes by utilizing tools such as Gearset, Git, Jenkins, and Salesforce DX.

• Oversee and manage Salesforce environments and releases across sandboxes and production environments. Apply DevOps best practices to boost deployment efficiency and minimize errors.

• Evaluate test outcomes, detect bugs, and offer feedback for ongoing enhancement. Ensure adherence to company policies and data security standards throughout the deployment and testing phases.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's or higher degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related discipline.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in Salesforce QA and/or DevOps positions.

• Solid understanding of the Salesforce platform, including Apex, Lightning, and APIs.

• Experience with test and DevOps automation tools (such as Selenium, Provar, Gearset).

• Knowledge of version control systems (like Git), CI/CD tools, and deployment methodologies.
