
Salesforce Developer – Patient Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Execute Salesforce solutions through configuration and custom coding in accordance with approved architecture and functional specifications.
• Create and sustain Apex (classes, triggers, asynchronous processing), Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flows.
• Develop and assist patient services workflows, which encompass intake, case management, enrollment support, benefit verification, care coordination, and handling service requests.
• Provide Service Cloud functionalities such as case management, Omnichannel routing, entitlements, email-to-case, and enhancements to agent productivity.
• Support Health Cloud or similar patient-focused data models, care programs, and engagement processes when applicable.
• Design and execute integrations using MuleSoft or comparable middleware, including REST/SOAP APIs, event-driven architectures, and connectivity with external platforms.
• Uphold integration reliability practices, which include monitoring, error handling, retry mechanisms, and idempotent processing.
• Engage in sprint planning, backlog refinement, and technical design assessments within Agile delivery teams.
• Compose unit tests, assist in SIT/UAT, and address defects throughout development and release cycles.
• Comply with regulated life sciences and patient services delivery standards, including validation, auditability, traceability, and change control.
• Adhere to SDLC and CI/CD release protocols and contribute to reliable, scalable production support.
• Over 4 years of experience in Salesforce development.
• Strong practical experience with Apex, LWC, Flows, SOQL, and Salesforce data modeling.
• Familiarity with multiple Salesforce clouds, with a requirement for Service Cloud and a preference for Health Cloud.
• Experience in building and supporting enterprise-level integrations.
• Knowledge of DevOps practices, including Git, SFDX, and CI/CD tools.
• Experience working within Agile delivery teams.
• Required Salesforce Certification: Salesforce Platform Developer I.
• Salesforce Administrator certification preferred, or equivalent hands-on experience.
