Salesforce Developer (Mid-level)

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Engage remotely on impactful digital initiatives.

• Design and enhance Salesforce solutions (Apex, Lightning, integrations).

• Tailor objects, Flows, Triggers, and automations in line with business requirements.

• Take part in technical refinements and establish solution architecture.

• Maintain code quality through test classes, coverage, standards, and security measures.

• Address bug fixes and implement continuous improvements to existing systems.

• Collaborate with business teams to grasp needs and prioritize requests.

• Document implementations and provide support in Salesforce best practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience as a Mid-level Salesforce Developer (Sales Cloud or Service Cloud).

• Solid experience with Apex, SOQL, Triggers, Lightning Components / LWC.

• Proficient in customizing objects, Flows, validation rules, and automations.

• Understanding of integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, Web Services, JSON/XML).

• Experience in agile teams and code versioning (Git).

• Availability to work as a contractor (PJ), 100% remote, during business hours.

• Fluent in Portuguese for effective communication with the team and stakeholders.

• Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I/II, Admin, App Builder) are a plus.

• Familiarity with Salesforce DevOps (CI/CD, SFDX, Copado or similar) is a plus.

• Previous experience in consulting or multi-client projects is a plus.

• Knowledge of solution architecture and Salesforce security best practices is a plus.
