This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Design and implement high-performance custom logic utilizing Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and REST/SOAP APIs to connect Salesforce with legacy IRS systems in a FedRAMP-compliant setting.
• Identify, define, and document issues or scenarios that require attention or enhancement.
• Gather, compile, and analyze information that improves the understanding of a problem or situation, facilitating effective communication to others.
• Investigate, assess, and interpret problems or complex scenarios by breaking them into distinct components, simplifying and clarifying how these components interconnect and their specific arrangements.
• Analyze, design, and advocate for software solutions by configuring existing systems and potentially writing basic code.
• Build, configure, and maintain intricate Salesforce objects and processes.
• Create or update documentation as necessary.
• Follow applicable system development standards and methodologies.
• Develop functional, integration, regression, and stress testing plans.
• Convert business requirements into technical solutions.
• 3-5 years of experience in Salesforce development; Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I (PD1) is essential, with PD2 being highly beneficial.
• Expertise in full-lifecycle DevOps (SFDX, Git, CI/CD pipelines), modern JavaScript (ES6+), and Agile/Scrum delivery in a government security environment.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
• Familiarity with or knowledge of technical solution design principles and software development methodologies.
• Experience in translating business requirements into technical solutions/plans.
• Proficient in SQL query language and relational databases.
• Experience with system integration and ETL processes; experience with Visual Importer is a plus.
• Understanding of and capability to manage Apex versioning.
• Familiarity with both Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• LWC and Aura component experience of 3+ years.
