This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Design, develop, and implement tailored Salesforce solutions utilizing Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and Flows.
• Configure and oversee Service Cloud functionalities such as Case Management, Omni-Channel, Entitlements, Milestones, and Knowledge to ensure SLA adherence.
• Create and manage Experience Cloud sites, optimizing community user experiences, page layouts, and sharing rules for external/partner/customer users.
• Collaborate with diverse teams, including business analysts, architects, and QA, to deliver top-notch solutions.
• Engage in code reviews, unit testing, and deployment processes.
• Diagnose and resolve technical challenges related to Salesforce and third-party integrations.
• Assist with data migration tasks, including data mapping, cleansing, and transformation using tools like Data Loader, Workbench, or ETL platforms (e.g., Informatica, MuleSoft).
• Collaborate with support/customer service leaders and the product team to convert business requirements into scalable Service Cloud and community solutions.
• Operate in an Agile/Scrum environment, participating in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and ensuring timely delivery of user stories.
• Over 3 years of direct Salesforce development experience, encompassing Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and SOQL/SOSL.
• Demonstrated expertise in implementing and customizing Service Cloud, including Case Management, Omni-Channel routing, Knowledge, Entitlements/Milestones, and CTI/telephony integrations.
• Proven experience in building and configuring Experience Cloud (Community Cloud) sites, focusing on template selection, custom Lightning components, page layouts, and sharing/security models for external users.
• Strong knowledge of the Salesforce data model, security architecture (profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, roles), and the distinct applications for internal versus external (community) users.
• Familiarity with DevOps version control tools such as Copado, Gearset, Flosum.
• Understanding of Salesforce DevOps best practices, including sandbox management and change set/metadata deployment strategies.
• Experience with Service Cloud Voice, Live Agent/Chat, or Digital Engagement channels is advantageous.
• Required Certifications: Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I/II, Service Cloud Consultant, and/or Experience Cloud Consultant.
• Preferred Certifications: Salesforce Certified Administrator or Advanced Administrator (a plus).
