This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Solution Design & Development: Collaborate with stakeholders to grasp business requirements and create scalable, automated solutions within our Salesforce ecosystem.
• Customisation & Coding: Design and maintain both declarative and programmatic solutions, with a significant emphasis on Lightning Web Components (LWCs) and Apex.
• Integration Projects: Engage in intricate integration projects involving external applications, APIs, and web services.
• Team Leadership: Mentor junior team members, fostering best practices in coding, testing, and documentation.
• Collaboration: Work closely with Designers and Product Managers to convert user insights and business needs into effective technical solutions.
• Continuous Improvement: Recognize and implement enhancements to optimize system performance and improve user experience.
• Proven Salesforce Expertise: Certification as a Salesforce Administrator and Platform Developer I is highly beneficial.
• Technical Skills:
• Commercial experience with Lightning Web Components (LWCs), including lifecycle hooks, LDS, and advanced form handling.
• Strong command of Apex, SOQL, and JavaScript.
• Familiarity with external integrations (e.g., connected apps, Apex callouts, outbound messaging, REST/SOAP APIs).
• Agile Methodology: Experience in a dynamic Agile setting, utilizing tools such as JIRA/Linear.
• Problem-Solving: A strategic approach with a history of designing and delivering impactful, scalable solutions.
• Collaboration: Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities, with a talent for working effectively across multidisciplinary teams.
• Innovative Mindset: Enthusiasm for exploring AI and automation technologies to enhance the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Desirable Skills:
• Experience with Marketing Cloud.
• Certified Sales Cloud Consultant.
• Familiarity with AI models within Salesforce or other platforms.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, including services like Lambda, S3, or API Gateway.
• Knowledge of JavaScript frameworks like React for developing UI components or integrations.
• Understanding of Salesforce DevOps tools (e.g., Git, Gearset, Copado, or similar).
• Remote-first working environment with the flexibility to work from anywhere in the world for up to 30 days each year.
• Competitive salary (£50,000-£60,000, based on experience).
