This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• The Salesforce Developer will take charge of developing, customizing, and overseeing our Salesforce environment.
• This position requires collaboration with stakeholders to gather business requirements, create scalable solutions, and ensure the Salesforce CRM platform operates smoothly and efficiently.
• Responsibilities include designing, developing, customizing, and maintaining Salesforce solutions utilizing Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex Classes, Apex Controllers, Apex Triggers, Flows, Visualforce, SOQL, and SOSL.
• Develop and manage Salesforce integrations leveraging REST and SOAP APIs.
• Create scalable and maintainable solutions that align business needs with technical best practices.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to comprehend requirements and convert them into intuitive, user-friendly Salesforce solutions.
• Engage in the complete software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, documentation, and production support.
• Diagnose and resolve production issues while identifying root causes and implementing sustainable solutions.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and estimation sessions.
• Work in close partnership with the Product Owner and Scrum Master to clarify requirements, pose insightful questions, and proactively identify gaps prior to development commencement.
• Deliver high-quality results within sprint commitments while adapting to shifting business priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Keep abreast of Salesforce platform enhancements and suggest opportunities to enhance system functionality and user experience.
• Assist with daily Salesforce administration tasks, encompassing user management, security, reports, dashboards, Flows, validation rules, and system upkeep.
• Address Salesforce support requests and troubleshoot user issues with a customer-service-oriented approach.
• Ensure data quality and platform integrity while adhering to established governance practices.
• Collaborate with business users to answer inquiries, provide guidance, and deliver practical Salesforce solutions.
• Continuously enhance Salesforce administration knowledge and platform expertise through hands-on experience and ongoing education.
• A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• A minimum of 2–3 years of practical Salesforce development experience with some exposure to Salesforce administration.
• Strong expertise in Salesforce development tools and languages, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, SOSL, and SOQL.
• Familiarity with Salesforce administration, including Flows, security, validation rules, reporting, dashboards, and user management, with a commitment to further develop administrative skills.
• Experience with Salesforce integrations, APIs, and web services.
• A solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience working within a Scrum team.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities and the capacity to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
• Proven ability to articulate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders and foster collaborative working relationships throughout the organization.
• Knowledge of Salesforce AppExchange products and third-party integrations.
• Experience with data migration tools and techniques.
• Salesforce Developer and/or Administrator certifications.
• A strong desire for ongoing learning and development.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to adjust communication style for both technical and business audiences.
• Comfortable working in an environment characterized by evolving priorities and ambiguity while maintaining a collaborative and solution-focused approach.
• Demonstrated curiosity, learning agility, and a willingness to take on additional responsibilities beyond core development tasks.
• A proven ability or strong enthusiasm for utilizing AI-assisted development tools to expedite research, requirements analysis, solution design, documentation, development, and troubleshooting, emphasizing thoughtful validation, responsible usage, and enhancing the overall software delivery process.
