This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

• Implement and oversee Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) environments and tools.

• Design, develop, and provide solutions for business application functionality.

• Conduct fit-gap analysis to align business requirements with Salesforce best practices, capabilities, and features.

• Utilize declarative solutioning with Salesforce cloud offerings (Service, Sales, and Community) and AppExchange.

• Apply best practices for operational support, enhancements, and bug fixes as required for the Salesforce.com platform.

• Collaborate with the Development Team to support application solutions.

• Offer technical support and end-user troubleshooting for bug fixes, enhancements, and “how-to” guidance.

• Design and develop API integrations with external business systems.

• Identify risks and provide mitigation strategies, communicating impacts to the project across various channels.

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Bachelor's degree in computer science/information systems, Finance, Business Management, or a related STEM field.

• Familiarity with and/or experience in Agile Methodology.

• A minimum of 8 years of Salesforce experience, including at least 5 years as a Mid-Level Developer in an Enterprise-level Salesforce Program.

• Understanding of agile methodology and experience in an agile working environment.

• Experience in developing Web Services (i.e., JSON and XML) between Salesforce Org and third-party applications.

• Strong proficiency in Apex (classes and triggers), Lightning Components/LWC, Aura, and Visualforce to enhance Salesforce for business needs.

• Expertise in solutioning Custom Objects, Salesforce Flows, Approval Processes, Email Alerts, and communication templates.

• Solid knowledge and experience with SFDX, Salesforce CLI, and Visual Studio Code.

• Certified Salesforce System Administrator.

• Certified Salesforce Developer (Platform Developer I and/or II).
