This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Overseeing Salesforce configuration and automation, which includes Flows, assignment rules, approval processes, validation rules, record types, layouts, and custom objects.

• Creating and developing custom Salesforce solutions utilizing Apex (classes, triggers, batch jobs).

• Managing all aspects of user and license management, encompassing roles, profiles, permission sets, public groups, OWD, and sharing rules.

• Optimizing and managing integrations with various tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce Data Cloud, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Ringlead, and GTM automation tools, including REST/SOAP API integrations and middleware platforms.

• Crafting scalable and intuitive user experiences (e.g., screen flows) to enhance workflows and automate essential processes like opportunity progression.

• Establishing and maintaining data models and stage gates to facilitate precise reporting on metrics such as conversion rates, stage duration, and average order value.

• Promoting data quality and governance by implementing rules and automation to sustain clean and reliable data.

• Managing the Salesforce platform roadmap, including prioritization and alignment with stakeholders.

• Conducting proactive system maintenance (Security Reviews, Release Updates, Health Check, Optimizer).

• Offering end-user support and efficiently resolving tickets.

• Leading user onboarding and ongoing training initiatives to enhance adoption.


⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience as a Salesforce developer or in a similar capacity.

• In-depth knowledge of data modeling (ERDs) and its role in supporting cross-object reporting in Salesforce and BI tools (e.g., Tableau).

• Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud and its usage within a B2B data model.

• Salesforce Platform Developer I (II) or Advanced Administrator certification is highly preferred.

• Demonstrated ability to convert business requirements into technical solutions.

• Strong skills in stakeholder management, capable of engaging with all organizational levels.

• Familiarity with sales and marketing workflows and go-to-market strategies.

• A curious and proactive attitude with a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.

• A customer-centric approach, focused on enhancing both internal and external user experiences.
