Salesforce Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Design and enhance Salesforce Service Cloud solutions.

• Improve customer service workflows via Omni-Channel routing, capacity management, and presence management.

• Develop scalable applications utilizing Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC).

• Maintain and refactor Aura and Visualforce components as necessary.

• Create and uphold integrations using REST APIs, Bulk APIs, and Metadata APIs.

• Connect Salesforce with telephony/CTI systems and external SaaS/AppExchange applications.

• Convert intricate business requirements into technical designs that comply with enterprise architecture and security standards.

• Conduct code reviews and promote development best practices, including governor limits, bulkification, and test coverage.

• Keep technical documentation updated for customizations and integrations.

• Act as an escalation point for production support issues.

• Perform root cause analysis and provide prompt resolutions to ensure platform stability.

• Collaborate with Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Engineering, business stakeholders, and teams based in the U.S.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.

• Strong emphasis on Service Cloud implementations within an enterprise context.

• Extensive knowledge of Omni-Channel, including routing, capacity, and presence management.

• Experience in configuring the Service Cloud console.

• Advanced skills in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura, Visualforce, SOQL, and SOSL.

• Familiarity with integrating Salesforce with external systems through REST, SOAP, Bulk, and Metadata APIs.

• Experience with telephony/CTI and third-party SaaS platforms.

• Solid understanding of Salesforce security models, including sharing rules, permission sets, and role hierarchies.

• Knowledge of data governance best practices.

• Ability to work during U.S. Central Time (CT) core hours.

• Background in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a similar high-growth business environment.

• Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I, Platform Developer II, or Service Cloud Consultant.

• Awareness or knowledge of IT security best practices defined by ISO / SOC or similar compliance standards.
