Salesforce CRM Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Morocco.

📋 Description

• Designing, developing, and implementing scalable and efficient Salesforce solutions.

• Effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams in a dynamic, global environment.

• Analyzing business requirements and converting them into scalable technical designs.

• Developing and maintaining integration solutions between Salesforce and external systems via secure APIs and middleware.

• Creating and updating comprehensive technical documentation.

• Conducting unit testing, debugging, and performance optimization.

• Identifying, analyzing, and resolving complex application issues.

• Participating in code reviews and upholding development standards.

• Contributing to Agile development processes, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5+ years of progressive experience in Salesforce development.

• Strong expertise in Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, SOSL, and Triggers.

• Hands-on experience integrating Salesforce with external systems using SOAP and RESTful web services.

• Comprehensive knowledge of object-oriented programming and relational database design principles.

• Proficiency in Salesforce security architecture, including profiles, permission sets, and sharing rules.

• Experience in code optimization, refactoring, and adherence to Salesforce coding standards and best practices.

• A proven track record in developing custom Lightning Components, including Aura and Lightning Web Components (LWC), with a minimum of 2+ years of direct experience in LWC development.

• Practical experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.

• Proficiency in HTML, JavaScript, jQuery, JSON, and XML.

• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

• Salesforce Certifications preferred: Platform Developer I & II, Administrator, or equivalent credentials.
