Salesforce Consultant, Quality Assurance

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Extensive experience in Salesforce QA Automation projects, encompassing web, API, voice, and chat applications.

• Proficient in automation tools such as Playwright (with AI SDK), REST Assured, JMeter/K6, and JUnit/TestNG (preferred), along with a solid understanding of Provar, Selenium WebDriver, Java, Python, Selenium Grid, Cucumber, Maven, and CI/CD pipeline integrations.

• Proven track record of leading or independently managing the entire QA lifecycle, which includes Test Plan creation, Test Scenario design, Test Case/Script development, execution, and defect lifecycle management.

• Skilled in estimating, prioritizing, planning, and coordinating testing activities across Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid SDLC/STLC methodologies.

• Capable of designing and constructing automation frameworks from the ground up, with a strong focus on automation architecture, reusable components, and regression suite development.

• Successfully executed at least one Salesforce QA Automation implementation, featuring in-sprint automation and comprehensive regression coverage.

• Experienced in managing both Manual and Automation testing activities while identifying reusable test assets.

• Solid understanding of Salesforce solution design, architecture fundamentals, and validation of business requirements.

• Familiarity with Salesforce Agentforce Agents (Voice/Chat/Email/Slack/SMS) and testing of Agentic & Generative AI applications is advantageous.

• Salesforce Agentforce Specialist Certification and Agentforce Legend rank; Salesforce Administrator certification is an added advantage.

• Preferred experience in testing Salesforce Service Cloud Voice (SCV), MIAW, Live Agent, AWS Connect, AWS Voice & Chat Agents, and IVR telephony systems.

• Ability to utilize Generative and Agentic AI tools for QA optimization, including test data generation, test case generation, status reporting, and other QA artifacts.

• Responsible for writing and executing test cases based on requirements, maintaining requirement traceability using tools such as Zephyr/TestRail/X-Ray, and logging/managing defects in Jira.

• Support and coordinate System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), actively engaging in defect triage, and guiding customers through the UAT process.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.

• 2–6 years of experience as a QA Automation Engineer/Consultant.

• Demonstrated experience in Salesforce Web and API automation projects.

• Strong hands-on expertise with Playwright, Provar, and/or Selenium.

• Experience in integrating automation suites with CI/CD pipelines.
