This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Leading group sessions with clients to gather comprehensive business requirements.
• Designing solutions and configuring the Salesforce platform (NPC, NPSP, PSS).
• Creating various project documents and artifacts (including ERDs, DFDs, functional specifications, wireframes).
• Analyzing key client organizational processes through document investigation.
• Demonstrating a strong understanding of data structures, with the ability to conduct light data migration from legacy systems to Salesforce (using CSVs and Data Loader).
• Ensuring clear communication with the project team and stakeholders.
• Offering support through scoping and estimation during the sales process.
• Collaborating closely with a project manager to create and track a detailed project plan, which includes identifying key tasks and associated timelines.
• Applying critical thinking to address business challenges.
• Developing and taking ownership of a Salesforce solution.
• Conducting product demonstrations and leading client training sessions.
• Acting as a trusted adviser to clients, understanding their end-to-end business and identifying areas for future growth.
• Organizing and performing ongoing customer support, including report building, data quality checks, new integrations, and third-party app installations.
• Occasionally working independently with full project ownership, which includes taking on project management responsibilities.
• Assisting in adapting existing processes, defining new ones, and continuously seeking to enhance efficiencies within the organization.
• 2-4 years of experience in a Salesforce consulting role, ideally with NPC implementation experience on at least 6-8 projects.
• Proficiency in Omniscript and Omnistudio.
• Experience with NPSP to NPC migrations.
• Demonstrated ability to own solutions for projects exceeding 700 hours, including leading elaborations, documentation, build, UAT, training, etc.
• Experience leading discovery and Salesforce roadmap projects.
• Familiarity with common integrations such as Mailchimp, Quickbooks, form tools, and tax receipting.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and/or Business, or equivalent education and experience.
• One or more Salesforce Certifications (Admin, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, App Builder, Non-Profit Consultant, Omnistudio).
• Advanced skills in group facilitation and presentation.
