• The Salesforce Business Solution Architect I is essential in converting intricate business requirements into scalable, impactful solutions within the Salesforce environment.
• This position collaborates closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to gather requirements, define comprehensive processes, and craft solutions that adhere to enterprise architecture standards and the Company's goals.
• The Salesforce Business Solution Architect I leads and engages in project-driven activities, facilitating discovery sessions, documenting business workflows, outlining use cases, and creating detailed functional and system requirements.
• With a robust understanding of Salesforce functionalities, this role guarantees that the proposed solutions are not only technically viable but also optimized to enhance business value.
• Furthermore, this position offers guidance and mentorship to analysts and project team members, ensuring that best practices in requirements gathering, documentation, and solution design are consistently implemented.
• The Salesforce Business Solution Architect I may spearhead cross-functional initiatives and assist in the evolution of internal methodologies, tools, and governance processes to improve delivery efficiency and Salesforce platform utilization.
• Proficiency in Structured Query Language (SQL) for data analysis.
• Certification in Business Analysis or Project Management Professional.
• At least 5 years of experience in roles concentrated on process enhancement and financial analysis within the waste management sector or a related industry.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in creating and leading road mapping sessions for both business and technical roadmaps.
• A minimum of 5 years managing various projects and agile teams.
• At least 5 years of experience with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), encompassing both agile and waterfall methodologies.
• Minimum of 5 years in communicating intricate concepts through design techniques and the ability to propose user-centric solutions.
• A minimum of 5 years working alongside functional area leads to ensure the effective and efficient use of technology in business processes.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline.
• At least 7 years of direct work experience as a business analyst dealing with business systems related to support, analysis, or development.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership role providing direction and mentoring to other Business Analysts.
