This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with DHS stakeholders to evaluate current business processes, pinpoint pain points, and gather requirements for a Salesforce-based solution.

• Convert business requirements into detailed user stories, workflows, and system specifications to facilitate low-code/no-code development on Salesforce’s Government Cloud Platform.

• Work with the team to prioritize and enhance the product backlog, ensuring it aligns with project objectives and stakeholder expectations.

• Develop thorough documentation, including process flows, requirements specifications, user manuals, and deliverables needed for gate reviews.

• Assist in conducting user training to promote effective adoption and utilization of the new Salesforce system.

• Aid the team in adhering to DoD and federal security and compliance standards, including contributing to cybersecurity documentation for ATO approval.

• Foster communication among stakeholders, developers, and other team members to ensure clarity and alignment on project goals.

• Engage in Agile ceremonies (e.g., sprint planning, reviews) to offer insights on requirements and process enhancements.

• Support gate reviews for system and acquisition lifecycle checkpoints, ensuring all deliverables comply with DHS standards.


⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, including at least one project involving Salesforce.

• More than 3 years of experience and demonstrated proficiency with Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello) and the Microsoft Office Suite.

• At least 1 year of experience in delivering user training or producing technical documentation.

• The candidate must possess a Public Trust or an Active Secret clearance.

• U.S. Citizenship is mandatory due to federal contract stipulations.

• The candidate must reside in the U.S., be authorized to work in the U.S., and all work must be conducted in the U.S.

• The candidate must have lived in the U.S. for three (3) full years out of the last five (5) years.
