Salesforce Business Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maryland.

📋 Description

• Accountable for creating user and product documentation

• Tasked with mapping business processes

• Acts as the liaison between the business and the development teams throughout the project

• Organize, lead, and carry out User Acceptance Training (UAT) with business stakeholders

• At least 5 years of experience in Salesforce and related roles

• Thorough understanding of business processes

• Collect requirements through our bi-weekly meetings with business stakeholders

• Create user stories using Jira
