This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maryland.

📋 Description

• Collect requirements through bi-weekly meetings with business stakeholders

• Create user stories using Jira

• Facilitate the Product Owner's review to ensure accuracy and acceptance

• Accountable for maintaining documentation

• Map out business processes

• Foster collaboration between the business and development teams

• Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) alongside business stakeholders

• At least 5 years of experience in Salesforce and related roles

• Comprehensive understanding of business processes

• Collect requirements during bi-weekly meetings with business stakeholders

• Create user stories using Jira

• Ensure requirements are accepted by facilitating reviews with the Product Owner for accuracy and acceptance

• Responsible for user and product documentation

• Tasked with mapping business processes

• Act as a bridge between the business and development teams throughout the project

• Plan, lead, and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with business stakeholders
