This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the high-level design and documentation of solution frameworks to meet user requirements.

• Lead the comprehensive evaluation of user stories for technical implementation, including conducting a gap analysis between Salesforce capabilities and client needs.

• Oversee and enhance all Salesforce Extensions and third-party integrations.

• Manage the underlying data model of Salesforce, including its documentation, data governance, and extensions.

• Develop internal 'how-to' guides and provide relevant training sessions.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, supported by the Platform team, to comprehend user needs and pinpoint automation opportunities within Salesforce, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

• Provide technical leadership to the Salesforce team, promoting best practices in integration, application development, deployment, testing (both unit and systems), and iterative refinement.

• Assist the Salesforce Development Lead in overseeing the implementation of complex solutions, conducting code reviews, managing deployments, and fulfilling other requirements.

• Aid the team in troubleshooting issues and addressing ongoing support requests from users.

• Keep abreast of the latest Salesforce features, releases, and industry best practices, proactively suggesting and implementing innovative solutions to enhance the platform and improve user experience.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of prior experience as a Salesforce Solution Architect.

• Familiarity with deployment toolsets.

• Strong understanding of and hands-on experience with Salesforce.com architecture and API.

• Proven success in managing complex projects that involve Salesforce and third-party vendors.

• Knowledge of LWC, Apex classes, triggers, and Flows.

• Proficiency with Salesforce data tools (Data Loader, Workbench, Visual Studio Code).

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with the ability to effectively engage with both business and technical teams.

• Familiarity with Azure DevOps or other Agile tools.

• Strong attention to detail and exceptional problem-solving abilities.

• Experience with Boomi or other integration tools is a plus.
