This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Create tailored solutions within the Salesforce platform, focusing on OmniStudio and Flex Pages.
• Design solutions related to grants management, case management, and constituent engagement in alignment with Federal programs.
• Develop Apex classes and triggers, Lightning Components, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, Flex Pages, and OmniStudio components.
• Collect stakeholder requirements and convert them into technical solutions using Salesforce OOB, LWC, OmniStudio, and Flex Pages.
• Implement dynamic layouts, data integration, and process automation within OmniStudio.
• Develop and customize Velocity templates for tailored content and communications.
• Test and debug OmniStudio and Flex Pages solutions to ensure reliability and performance.
• Document technical designs, configurations, and customizations thoroughly.
• Collaborate with Salesforce Administrators and team members on integrating the Salesforce environment.
• Provide training and support to end users.
• Optimize implementations to adapt to changing business needs.
• Refine and groom the Salesforce product backlog with stakeholders.
• Follow Salesforce best practices, maintain code documentation, and create and uphold test classes.
• Integrate and maintain business applications with Salesforce.
• Architect strategies for enterprise data integration and governance.
• Utilize Salesforce Data Cloud and enterprise analytics platforms.
• Enable AI-driven capabilities by leveraging Salesforce Einstein and GenAI solutions.
• Support initiatives for enterprise reporting, search, and performance monitoring.
• Act as the technical lead and trusted advisor to federal stakeholders and executives.
• Convert business, regulatory, and mission requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
• Knowledge of Salesforce products.
• Minimum of 12+ years of experience in Salesforce architecture and development.
• Demonstrated experience in executing large-scale Salesforce implementations in complex settings.
• Extensive experience with Salesforce configuration, customization, programming, Apex APIs, and OmniStudio.
• Strong background working with Salesforce APIs.
• Experience in implementing and developing with Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Visualforce.
• Capability to resolve complex software and application issues.
• Proficiency with Salesforce Lightning Design System and the Salesforce development lifecycle.
• Ability to write, interpret, and evaluate technical specifications.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Must possess or be eligible to complete a Public Trust background investigation and/or obtain Public Trust clearance.
• Must hold GC/EAD/US citizenship status.
