This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Oversee the design, development, and management of the Braze PRM tool, with a primary focus on assisting our Partnerships team. You will utilize both standard functions and custom elements to craft smooth external experiences.
• Actively enhance portal performance, scalability, user adoption, and availability, addressing usability, technical, or adoption challenges to guarantee an outstanding user experience for our partners.
• Design and implement secure integrations between the Braze PRM and other essential platforms, including core Salesforce products (Sales Cloud and Service Cloud), as well as additional tools we provide to partners/resellers via the PRM, ensuring reliable, real-time data flow.
• Apply Salesforce security best practices for external identities, API access, and user data management, with a strong commitment to protecting customer and partner information.
• Manage and optimize the core Salesforce Platform, including stringent security controls, permission sets, profiles, roles, and sharing rules for both internal and external users.
• Create and document scalable role hierarchies and sharing models to guarantee proper data access across various user groups while preserving data integrity.
• Implement and sustain platform automation utilizing a combination of declarative configuration (Flows, Approval Processes) and light customization to streamline operations and enhance the overall user experience.
• Work closely with business analysts, stakeholders, and end-users to fully grasp requirements, contribute to scalable solution designs, and facilitate the successful deployment of both platform and Community features.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in Salesforce Administration, with a significant emphasis on Experience Cloud / PRM and core platform management.
• Extensive knowledge of Salesforce Communities / PRM, encompassing site configuration, branding, component/page management, site-level security, and data visibility controls for external users.
• Experience with Salesforce Partner Ecosystem Management (PEM) is highly desirable.
• Established expertise in Salesforce platform configuration, including user roles, profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, and data access models.
• Proficient in Salesforce automation tools such as Flows (Record-Triggered, Scheduled, and Autolaunched) and Approval Processes to facilitate scalable business operations.
• Experience with customization using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Visualforce to extend platform functionalities beyond declarative tools (preferred).
• Familiarity with identity and access management solutions such as SSO, OAuth, and third-party identity providers.
• Proven ability to assume ownership of intricate platform initiatives and drive them to successful completion with minimal supervision.
• Comfortable working collaboratively with business analysts, stakeholders, and developers in cross-functional, Agile environments.
• Salesforce Administrator Certification is mandatory.
• Experience Cloud Consultant and/or Advanced Administrator Certification is highly preferred.
