This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the Salesforce platform comprehensively, handling user management, profiles, roles, permissions, flows, validation rules, and custom objects.
• Create and sustain executive and operational dashboards and reports that deliver real-time insight into pipeline, forecasting, representative activity, and revenue performance.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, RevOps, and Marketing leadership to pinpoint process deficiencies and implement scalable Salesforce solutions that enhance seller efficiency and minimize friction.
• Enhance sales workflows, automation, and tool integrations to simplify the entire sales cycle and drive measurable increases in representative efficiency.
• Manage data quality standards, deduplication processes, and governance frameworks to maintain CRM data integrity throughout the organization.
• Act as a subject matter expert to support the sales team, offering training, documentation, and daily platform assistance.
• 2–4 years of practical Salesforce administration experience, preferably in a dynamic or rapidly evolving sales environment.
• Extensive knowledge of Salesforce reporting and dashboards, with the capability to create intricate cross-object reports and actionable executive insights.
• Proven ability to enhance sales team efficiency through automation, workflow enhancements, and CRM optimization.
• Experience collaborating with expanding sales teams and translating changing business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Familiarity with MuleSoft or similar integration platforms is highly advantageous.
• Proficient with the broader sales tech stack (e.g., Salesloft, Outreach, ZoomInfo, Gong) and experienced in integrating these tools with Salesforce.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to extract insights from data and drive organizational action.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of conveying technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach, high sense of ownership, and comfort in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field is preferred.
