This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Conduct research to enhance the prospect list utilizing Definitive, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and various other methods.
• Identify and cultivate leads and opportunities from diverse sources including prospect lists, discovery efforts, and individual research.
• Build and nurture relationships with prospects by initiating communications and performing follow-up qualifications to progress opportunities into the sales funnel.
• Execute comprehensive needs assessments and identify pain points of prospects to ascertain how Arcadia’s solutions can address those needs.
• Enhance industry knowledge and expertise to effectively position Arcadia’s value proposition across multiple use cases within health systems, ACOs, and provider segments.
• Take ownership of proposal planning, development, and delivery to key client executives.
• Manage and oversee the contract creation, legal review, and signature process with internal operations and key client executives.
• Identify and assist in resolving challenges that may hinder account retention, expansion, and referrals.
• Establish relationships with C-level and purchasing executives at key prospects to support sales and growth initiatives.
• Collaborate efficiently with internal stakeholders from Product Management, Sales Operations, Operations, and Finance throughout each deal.
• Ensure all accounts you manage have documented pursuit plans and engage in regular account review meetings with the VP of Sales and line-of-business (LOB) leaders.
• Provide accurate financial projections to executive leadership for opportunities within your pipeline.
• Manage and maintain an accurate sales funnel in Arcadia’s system-of-record (Salesforce.com).
• Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare administration, engineering, or a related field.
• At least 7 years of experience with a proven track record of success in health sales and business expansion.
• Exceptional presentation, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to build and sustain strong relationships with C-level information technology executives, physicians, executives, leaders, and staff at health plans, health systems, and healthcare provider groups.
• Proven experience managing long sales cycles (9-15 months) in enterprise environments.
• Strong communicator with the capability to persuasively articulate the competitive advantages of Arcadia’s research data solutions.
• In-depth knowledge and awareness of significant healthcare issues and trends in data analytics and value-based care.
• Must be adept at navigating Arcadia’s sales process to manage a pipeline of qualified sales opportunities across an assigned market and accurately project total contract value, revenue spread, and close dates for those opportunities.
• This role requires frequent travel to customers and prospects within an assigned market.
