This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +1 more state.
• Drive growth in advertiser revenue by identifying, pitching, and establishing new relationships with advertisers in high-growth sectors such as Gaming, Fintech, Market Research, Shopping, Utilities, Subscription, and Emerging Consumer Apps.
• Manage the complete demand-side sales cycle, which includes prospecting, discovery, value positioning, pricing strategy, negotiation, and contract finalization.
• Develop and sustain a robust pipeline of high-value prospects through outbound outreach, networking, referrals, conferences, and targeted market research.
• Collaborate with advertisers to comprehend their KPIs and growth ambitions while aligning AdAction’s performance solutions with their objectives.
• Revenue Channel Support & GTM Execution: Act as a senior commercial lead to assist leadership in monitoring the performance, pacing, and overall health of AdAction’s US demand revenue organization.
• Aid in the daily management and enhancement of multiple revenue channels, including direct outbound sales, affiliate partnerships, and strategic inbound opportunities.
• Ensure effective opportunity progression, pipeline accountability, and revenue transparency across all sales activities.
• Serve as a key coordination point for active US revenue initiatives, facilitating swift and disciplined GTM execution.
• Strategic Revenue Development: Cultivate category expertise and identify new vertical expansion opportunities through ongoing market intelligence and competitive analysis.
• Assist in shaping advertiser strategies, pricing recommendations, packaging options, and broader commercial GTM priorities.
• Function as a senior commercial thought partner in pinpointing areas where AdAction can unlock additional demand growth.
• Cross Functional GTM Execution: Collaborate with Account Management, Solutions, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure seamless onboarding, launch readiness, and sustained advertiser success.
• Provide continuous market feedback to internal stakeholders regarding advertiser requirements, performance trends, and competitive insights.
• Help identify and prioritize conferences, networking opportunities, and strategic external initiatives that foster revenue growth.
• Forecasting, Reporting & CRM Discipline: Maintain precise revenue forecasting and disciplined pipeline management within HubSpot.
• Ensure robust CRM practices and visibility across all active opportunities.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in mobile advertising, performance marketing, user acquisition, affiliate marketing, or demand-side ad tech sales, with a proven track record of surpassing revenue targets.
• A strong existing network of advertisers and partners within both Gaming and Non-Gaming sectors.
• Extensive knowledge of paid acquisition channels, ROAS modeling, quality metrics, attribution, user acquisition optimization, and advertiser KPIs.
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to think beyond individual deals and contribute to broader sales systems and GTM enhancements.
• Experience managing multiple revenue motions or partner channels concurrently.
• Proficiency in AI concepts and applications related to measurement, targeting, and performance optimization.
• Exceptional presentation and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex growth solutions effectively to marketing teams, user acquisition leaders, and C-suite executives.
• Expertise in Excel and CRM platforms like HubSpot.
• Highly self-motivated, strategic, and adaptable in fast-paced and dynamic environments.
