Sales Support Specialist – German Speaker

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.

📋 Description

• You will assist our Van & Truck Telesales team with all administrative responsibilities related to preparing offers, processing contracts, managing reservations, invoicing, and coordinating follow-ups.

• You serve as the operational partner for Customer Success Managers, allowing them to concentrate on building customer relationships and generating revenue by handling time-consuming administrative tasks.

• You take charge of post-sale activities, ensuring a smooth onboarding process, proper documentation, and ongoing support for customers in the Van & Truck sector.

• You will coordinate and oversee customer follow-ups, guaranteeing that no opportunity is overlooked and that all interactions are documented.

• You will maintain customer master data, contract details, and pipeline updates in our CRM system (Salesforce), ensuring high data quality and transparency.

• You will work closely with our German Telesales team through phone, video, and digital communication tools.


⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in German (essential; preferably native-level) and strong English skills for internal communication.

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously with accuracy.

• Proactive attitude — you anticipate needs, recognize gaps, and take initiative without needing direction.

• Confident and structured communicator, particularly over the phone and via email; you enjoy collaborating closely with sales teams.

• Service-oriented mindset with a clear understanding that your work directly influences customer satisfaction and sales success.

• Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) and familiar with CRM systems (preferably Salesforce); comfortable operating in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
