This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Respond to calls and email inquiries from both internal sales teams and external channel partners.
• Aid in generating quotes, processing orders, and conducting follow-ups.
• Develop and submit quotes for Intermedia Cloud Voice product offerings.
• Examine orders online and verify with channel partners before entering them.
• Launch follow-ups on VOIP testing and protocols ahead of installation.
• A college degree is preferred.
• At least 3 years of experience in customer support, project management, and/or sales positions.
• Prior experience in roles such as coordinator, customer success, project management, or sales support.
• Familiarity with working in an inbound call queue.
• Technologically adept, ideally with experience in the telecom or SaaS sectors.
• Capability to swiftly grasp Intermedia SIP Trunking, Hosted PBX products, and all their enhanced features.
• Experience with Salesforce.com or other CRM systems is a plus.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Detail-oriented.
• Self-motivated; requires minimal supervision.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to effectively engage and build trust with channel partners and customers.
• Must be a collaborative team member.
