This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Acknowledge Business Development requests.
• Generate an ID number in the Proposal ID tracker for all proposals.
• Oversee the execution of client contracts and agreements.
• Record and manage client contract documentation, including NDAs, MSAs, Work Orders, etc.
• Organize and lead hand-off meetings with the execution team for each project or deal.
• Assist Business Development in ensuring that the CRM database is regularly reviewed.
• Create project codes in the ERP system (Deltek).
• Comprehend project profitability estimation.
• Collaborate with the Project Management team to address billing terms and invoicing discrepancies.
• Initiate deposit invoices and manage follow-ups on invoices.
• Coordinate with finance regarding invoice follow-ups.
• Compile an archive of project and company references for RFP responses.
• Manage the Vendor Registration process and Certificate of Insurance.
• Develop and maintain High-Value Customer PowerPoint presentations for Business Development.
• Handle 3rd Party Lab Work documentation.
• Oversee onboarding and training support for new team members.
• Work collaboratively as a commercial team member to achieve sales targets.
• Manage both routine and ad-hoc Business Development activities.
• 3–5+ years of experience in Sales Support Administration, Inside Sales, or a related role, or a Bachelor’s Degree in business administration or communications.
• At least 2 years of direct experience in the renewable energy industry, specifically in Photovoltaic and/or Energy Storage, is preferred.
• Possess a "can do"/"get it done" attitude.
• Must be self-motivated with the capability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Exhibit a high level of proficiency in the English language with strong communication skills – both oral and written (email, PowerPoint, MS Word, Excel) and verbal (phone).
• Have good problem-solving and organizational skills, with exceptional attention to detail.
• Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and experience working with interdisciplinary teams of colleagues and external parties.
• Skilled in multitasking and managing multiple projects concurrently.
• Experience in booking travel arrangements.
• Experience in creating professional deliverables for clients.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced start-up environment.
• Result-oriented, reliable, and proactive work ethic.
• Familiarity with CRM software, particularly Hubspot and/or Deltek, is a plus.
