This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +45 more states.
• Assist Sales Representatives: Act as a key resource for Sales Reps by managing new business inquiries, completing applications, and providing support during their absence.
• Assist Clients in the Buying Journey: Establish rapport with potential customers, collect necessary information to advance their application, and ensure a seamless, professional purchasing experience.
• Provide New Business Quotes: Generate precise insurance quotes from various carriers for new clients, clearly outlining coverage options and aiding clients in understanding which products suit their needs best.
• Process Applications: Prepare, submit, and track new policy applications, guaranteeing that all required documents and information are gathered accurately and timely.
• Inform and Counsel: Clarify coverage options, discounts, and policy features to enable clients to make well-informed decisions, focusing on finding the right solution rather than rushing to close a sale.
• Achieve Performance Objectives: Regularly meet KPI targets, including the percentage of Binds and Contacts Managed, in accordance with company standards.
• Maintain Queue Availability: Ensure readiness and manage phone statuses appropriately to provide timely, professional support to clients and Sales Reps throughout the day.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective engagement with customers and colleagues.
• Knowledge of various insurance carriers and state insurance regulations is preferred.
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks while remaining detail-oriented and exceptionally organized in a dynamic work environment.
• A collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to empathize with clients.
• Proficient computer and typing skills, with a strong command of the Windows operating system.
• Skilled in navigating and switching between multiple systems, including data entry, quoting applications, insurance software, and communication tools.
• Strong problem-solving abilities to effectively address and resolve customer issues.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
