Sales Support Specialist – Airfreight, Seafreight

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Rates & Pricing Management - Assume responsibility for collecting, analyzing, and maintaining freight rates from carriers, co-loaders, and suppliers.

• Quotation Development - Generate accurate and competitive quotations by calculating comprehensive charges (freight, surcharges, duties, and other expenses).

• Commercial Support to Sales - Collaborate closely with the sales team to convert client needs into customized pricing solutions.

• Client Coordination - Act as a primary point of contact for inquiries related to quotations, ensuring prompt responses, effective communication, and a seamless customer experience.

• Contract & Vendor Management - Liaise with carriers and partners to verify rates, clarify terms, and maintain the accuracy and currency of all commercial agreements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in freight forwarding, shipping lines, or brokerage (local or international).

• Strong understanding of shipping documentation (BOLs, AWBs, packing lists, invoices, etc.).

• Demonstrated experience in rate sourcing, cost calculation, and quotation development.

• Knowledge of freight pricing elements (freight charges, surcharges, duties, and other logistics expenses).

• Proficient in utilizing TMS platforms such as CargoWise or Magaya.

• Excellent attention to detail with the ability to verify and analyze data (not solely input).

• Graduate in Customs Administration or a related discipline.

• Licensed Customs Broker (preferred).

• Strong English communication skills (C1), both written and spoken.
