Sales Support

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Support Account Executives in their field activities.

• Connect clients with the right resources.

• Handle packaging of exceptions.

• Assist with escalations in customer service.

• Conduct Welcome Calls.

• Utilize the CRM to identify, reach out to, and document dormant accounts for reactivation.

• Offer support for the TPO Portal across all platforms and manage login credentials.

• Solicit additional loans and scenarios.

• Request introductions to Loan Officers or Processors needing login credentials and system assistance.

• Provide loan-level support for the overall pipeline.

• Help with running DO and restructuring files/COC.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the mortgage industry.

• Knowledge of Encompass.

• Access to a reliable internet connection.

• A quiet and professional workspace.

• Experience in CRM management is preferred.

• Proficiency in Excel is preferred.
